Our fast growing successful organization currently sells through a number of sales channels. These channels include our retail store, direct to business (B2B), and inbound telephone/email sales. Opportunities are available in all three sales channels for committed and motivated sales people.

You must be a strong listener who can ask probing questions to understand the customer's hidden needs/wants and have an urgency to move forward. You should be able to tailor solutions to those needs at the appropriate time in the sales cycle. Having an ability to seek out new opportunities with existing customers and new prospects will be a plus. Sales experience with a performance-based compensation package along with understanding how to manage your sales pipeline is preferred. You should be goal oriented, focused, organized, and tenacious. You possess the sales skills to allow your buyer to choose value over price.

What You'll Do

They will also pick orders, package them for shipment according to the standards required by the carrier, generate an invoice in our accounting software, and prepare the necessary shipping documents using the carrier’s forms or software such as UPS Worldship.

Qualifications:  Physically capable of lifting 75lbs and working on your feet most of the day. The ability to work quickly and efficiently with near 100% accuracy is a crucial skill for this position. Because of the amount of walking, lifting, and standing this position requires while maintaining a high level of accuracy, this position is both physically and mentally demanding.
